Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Ashley does not talk about her the family members, but her mother, who was a well-known bodybuilder during the 30s and 20s is credited with inspiring her love of fitness. Ashley began swimming at the age of four. Through the following ten years she continued taking classes. Being the only one who didn't adhere to a rigorous diet meant she did not participate in a lot events. At the age of 16 she gained a lot of attention for her looks and body shape. There is no evidence that she may have dated anybody during this time. Ashley made the decision after graduating to skip college and focus instead on her career as model. Ashley was just 15 when she realized how unsatisfied she was with her body. Inspired by her grandfather, she began going to the gym, but she took his suggestions and started slowly she didn't know she would devote the rest of her life to shaping her body and gradually becoming an fitness icon. Ashley went to the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014, and finished 7th. Her victory inspired her and she trained harder. Ashley competed in this year's WBFF World Championships 2015 and placed 5th. As the competition was over, Ashley opted to not compete again. As she competed she got invitations to shoot photos but did not want to combine jobs. When she decided to quit but she took the choice to be an actress. Her photo was published on the cover of a popular fitness magazine that instantly began her journey as being a fitness model when she got to sign with an agency that deals in modeling. In the past, she gained a lot of attention as a model. Modeled for numerous bikini and clothing companies.
